Patient Admission

As soon as an inpatient admission has been scheduled for the respective specialist department or an admission has been initiated by the emergency outpatient department, we will welcome you warmly at the Patient Management Reception at Main-Taunus-Privatklinik. Our multilingual staff is available to assist you with admission formalities and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your hospital stay.

The Main-Taunus-Privatklinik is open for in-patient treatment for patients with private health insurance, those who are entitled to receive benefits and self-paying patients.

On the day of admission, the administrative formalities will be taken care of and you will be assigned a room for your stay. If you wish, we can set up wifi, telephone and television for you free of charge.

If you need help with your luggage or have any other questions or requests, the patient management team will be happy to assist you.

Accompanying person

In our private clinic, you have the option of accommodating a companion in the patient's room. Please register this wish with your administrative admission. Here you will also receive information about the costs, which include overnight stay including full board on the ward.

We understand that the presence of a close person has a positive influence on the hospital stay and we always try to comply with this request. Nevertheless, if the clinic is fully occupied, it may not be possible to admit the accompanying person. Should this be the case, we offer an overnight stay in our hotel. This way, the accompanying person can always stay with you, accompany you to the examinations if necessary, and spend the night in the same building as you.
