At Bad Soden Hospital, the Central Emergency Department and the on-call medical service of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (ÄBD) work closely together to treat emergency patients.
Important renovation work is currently taking place in the Central Emergency Department at Bad Soden Hospital. As a result, emergency patients who come to the hospital themselves are currently registered separately by the ÄBD and the emergency department. The routes there are signposted with stickers and posters.
Central emergency room (ZNA)
In the ZNA in Bad Soden, we treat emergency patients with acute illnesses and injuries that pose a risk to life and limb. The ZNA is available around the clock, seven days a week. Emergency patients are treated according to urgency, i.e. according to the severity of their illness, not according to the order in which they arrive. This may therefore result in longer waiting times.
Medical on-call service (ÄBD) at Bad Soden Hospital:
For minor illnesses or injuries, please contact your family doctor or registered specialist during surgery opening hours. Outside your doctor's surgery opening hours, the medical on-call service of the Hesse Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians is the right contact for the treatment of minor illnesses. The route to the ÄBD patient reception is signposted in Bad Soden Hospital.

For parents-to-be who need to get there quickly, there are parking spaces available in our Storchen parking garage.
If your gynecologist cannot be reached, you can contact our gynecological clinic at Bad Soden Hospital at any time in a gynecological emergency - both during the day and at night, at weekends or on public holidays.
As a gynecological emergency patient, please register at the hospital information desk, which will then notify the gynecologist on duty. You can also contact the doctor on duty beforehand (Tel.: 06196 65-7801). Please bring your insurance card with you to the examination or treatment.
